I believed what I was told and now I’m homeless
April 18, 2024I applied for these apartments April 6. April 8 I was told I was approved for the studio. The assistant manager said it was being painted that day, and I could move in. Over a week passed and I wasn’t given any type of update and my emails stop being returned. I called yesterday and the manager said give her 24 hours and she would have everything squared away and would call me back. I believed her but I never heard anything back. So I finally drove out there and asked for my money back she ...didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience just said “OK it will take about two weeks.” I canceled my storage unit and hired guys to move my furniture and now I will literally be homeless in 24 hrsProperty Manager Responded

worst apartment I've ever lived in
December 23, 2023I want to warn people when choosing these apartments. This is the worst I've seen. The apartment is rented out in an unfit condition: the furniture in the kitchen and in the bathroom is all old and swollen, the carpet is old (I don't even know how long it hasn't been changed). The manager's attitude is not friendly. And there were even cockroaches in the apartment. The water from the tap stinks. My car was towed for expired registration, for which I paid their partners 360 dollars. Please think ...before you save 100 dollars and move into these apartments.Property Manager Responded

Inaccurate Office Hours
February 27, 2023Management never seems to be around. The office hours appear to be largely inaccurate which causes a number of issues if you become a resident. Requests for repairs have gone unanswered for months. Which hints at a number of other issues present here.Property Manager Responded

November 24, 2019I would give more stars except, The manager Jess is condescending and rude. After numerous complaints about her I don't understand why she still has a job. I will be contacting every source possible about how she treats new tenants that are about to move in. The CONSTANT change in staff costed me 3 extra days of rent due to the OFFICE workers not taking notes nor entering CORRECT data into computer. Great deal for studios
August 6, 2015The colonial is great for moving out on your own for the first time since it's so inexpensive. For a studio you're only paying 500$ a month with a maximum of $20 every month in utilities. Although, when I moved in the layout was different than in the brochure, there is no dishwasher, and it seems like they didn't do much cleaning if any after the last tenant moved out. But if you want a cheap apartment, you're in the right place here!Review from Apartments.com
