Absolutely Accommodating and Peaceful
January 22, 2024I cannot ask for anything better than this. The manager and maintenance staff are a well balanced team and the property is very well maintained. Alla has exceptional people skills and Rene is on top of everything when it comes to maintenance. Concerns and issues are immediately rectified and Alla always follows up to make sure it is to the satisfaction of the tenant. May 23, 2020Lived here six-years and had a good experience. Rene in maintenance is the best. Anytime I had a problem with the apartment he was there to help or fix the the situation quick and easy. Alia the manager is great and gave assistance to any questions or concerns we had. The location is also good, centrally located in West San Jose. Close to WestGate Shopping Center which as everything you need. I recommend Colonial House Apartments. The pizza place around the corner is good too.Review from Apartments.com
