BED BUGS BEWARE!!!!

I moved into an apartment just a few days ago and started getting COVERED in bites.turns out the apartment has bed bugs!!! Of course management took forever to tell me when someone was coming to look at them. They are literally crawling out of the ceiling. THIS IS A BUILDING ISSUE WITH VERY POOR MANAGEMENT.

A Nightmare in the Making - Beware of This Apartment Complex

This apartment complex is plagued by a severe cockroach infestation, causing numerous tenants to flee. The management company's refusal to address the issue and their lack of transparency make this place a dreadful choice. Roaches infest the entire complex, and maintenance requests are ignored. Don't consider moving here – your peace of mind and health are at stake. Explore other options.

Not bad at all

The management company has always worked very fast to resolve any issues I may have. They were efficient and helpful when I was transferring units between different buildings. The building manager is very helpful and nice. The apartments, hallways, and elevator could use a little remodeling because it looks a little dated but its nothing you don't see when you visit and its definitely not enough to make me not want the apartment. The laundry room and fitness room are awesome. The location is ...
fantastic, one block away from the beach. Overall I definitely recommend it to anyone looking to live in Edgewater.
