The Place was Heaven UNTIL
July 1, 2020First moved in a quite place opposite the New York st. Place was serene and neighbors were quite young professionals. A month ago, upstairs new tenant came and made a little piece of heaven like a living hell. That neighbor has visitors and guests everyday. I am not sure what kind of business they have. The walls were already thin given its built in 1986, screeching, loud, thumping noise in any given day and even after 9 pm. Not respectful of other tenants at all. Smoking weed as well. GREAT PLACE TO CALL HOME
June 28, 2019Moved here two months ago. Simply amazing. Bunnie who is manager is just remarkable. I had been in contact with her for years hoping there would be a vacancy, after trying for many years there was. She made moving so easy. Super friendly and extremely professional at the same time, a warm beautiful person. Makes living here wonderful. Fernando the maintenance is incredible as well. My air conditioning went out within ten minutes he was here, thought it would take a few days to send ...someone - he replaced the condenser or compressor himself and was done in 15 minutes. That is 5 star service. My neighbors are great, place always super clean, beautiful grounds and quiet. Can't say enough. In 55 years and I've lived in some great places I think this is my favorite. I hope Bunnie and Fernando are here for many many years to come, I've never seen such excellence and a place so on top of things. It's a pleasure to call this home.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 29, 2015To me it's one of the best places to live in Redlands if you don't own a house they stay clean pluse they fix thing right away the rent if fair and a friendly place to live have pool that's kept clean and is under good management come to the colony's where home is hereReview from Apartments.com
