My most recent years I only have great things to say about the Property Manager and my interactions, whether it's a maintenance issue, resident issue or any question. Maintenamce response time is quick within a couple of days. The manager is easy to work with and generally concerned. The beautiful grounds and apartments are well maintained making it comfortable and safe. I would recommend living here.

August 10, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comDo not move here. A cardboard box on 2nd street would show you more hospitality than this property and the people who run it. I feel terrible for the Marian students who sign a lease before getting a proper look at the "community." It's not worth the convenience.
