  • Noise pollution

    I rented here a few months ago and you can hear every sound your neighbors make above you!! I can hear talking at 6am and alarm clocks going off!! They look nice but for the price.. you can do better!

    The columns at bear creek are amazing. From the friendly staff to the gorgeous apartments. I couldn't ask for more. It is calm and peaceful at night, they have a bbq and fire pit by the pool that stays open until 10pm so I can entertain my friends and family. Everything is gated entry giving the security of a safe neighborhood. All of the apartments are new and updated, 100% true to the pictures. This is the nicest place I have lived in the 10 years that I have been in the area!
