I love living here. Where else in the bay area can you find rent that is based on your income. Ive been living here since 2015 and have seen a lot of management come and go but they finally have excellent people working there and theyre pretty good with service requests and are very conscientious about current events, and they try to really promote family community living! I don't plan on moving for a long time. I have great neighbors and never have trouble in the parking lots. Its been pretty ...

I moved to Oakley ca shortly after my husband passed away but I had problems finding a place because of my income my daughter convince them to let me in the senior bldg even tho I didn't have enough income but they put me on a list to lower rent still waiting since 2012.
