Infested with Roaches
November 23, 2025Do not move here. Multiple buildings are infested with German roaches, and there seems to be no effective solution in sight. The infestation has been ongoing for months, and it’s clear that the current pest control measures are not working. The situation is disgusting and practically uninhabitable. My brand-new furniture has been ruined, and I’m now worried about bringing these roaches with me when I move out. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.Property Manager Responded

Great place to live
November 17, 2025The concord is a really nice complex to live at. What makes it even better is to maintenance staff led by Wil who is a consummate professional. Garret and Danyyl valued members of the team to help. Keep the property looking great all the time and maintenance requests get responded to very quickly. From the moment that we arrived and even when we were first looking to move to Sarasota the staff was very pleasant and welcoming, especially Valarie. She is Amazing. She has made our transition very easy. These apartments are beautiful and everyone that I have interacted with that lives here are super friendly. The amenities are Amazing. I truly feel like I am living on a resort. I ...would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for an Apartment.
