Frankie was very welcoming and his humor was spot on with my mother who accompanied me for my tour. I left feeling I could call this place home. I was late for my appointment and Jacob assisted me with no hesitation setting me up with my new appointment. He ensured me to drive safely and not rush. The young lady working with Jacob (please forgive me for not remembering her name) ...greeted me and my mother and offered us refreshments. This was particularly helpful as I traveled 2 hours!
