Great Community Even Better Manager
May 11, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI have lived here for 2 years now and this is so much better than apartment living. I have no neighbors and a yard and only for a little bit more than I paid for an apartment that I was on the 2nd floor. The property is quiet and the manager Skylar is so sweet and does anything she can to help. I love it here and think this is at least a place you look at when moving here!
Poorly maintained complex
August 14, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comPoorly run complex 1. Maintenance. You will end up fixing your own things. In 9 months I put only 1 request to fix a dryer and maintenance came in 6 days. No responses to texts, just total ignore. Ended up fixing it myself 2. Safety. Allowed all kind of dogs. No restrictions on breeds and if they say they do- don't trust them 3. Dead landscape. Holes in the ground, dead dried branches, never trimmed trees 4. One star is for my beautiful apartment which is unique inside but also due own efforts I ...realized how pooly things maintained here after visiting other places where management truly put their heart into their work. Such places exist but outside of corporate run complexes. Where there is corporate there is absolutely no caring as their goal is to fill spaces at highest price and then whatever happens to you- live here at own risk. Not sure who all these people giving this place 5 star. But most likely they are hyped by the management when they come first visit and asked for review for the first impression. Research this place and know that pull comes to a shove you won't be helped.Read More

June 1, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comI have lived here since April 2022. I love the cleanliness of the development. It is quiet and peaceful. I love the layout of my 2 bed/2bath house and all the natural light! I have a large dog and the community dog baths make my life easy! The small yard is perfect for evening playtime. I have never seen a snake here although lizards are around, but I assume that's just part of Florida living!Property Manager Responded

March 4, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comTrash never gets picked up so animals tear it apart at night and leave a mess on your porch. Nicole and Kristen are rude and condescending no matter what you bring up to them. Skylar is super sweet. The apartments are falling apart. This place was built with paper and chopsticks. Not a single neighbor I know is renewing their lease. There are water moccasin snakes everywhere here and the leasing office isn't doing anything about it.Property Manager Responded
