From the beginning, Suzanne in leasing management had gone above and beyond and the process has been so quick and smooth! We had to vacate our apartment because of a pest problem and we were able to move in within a week. We used jetty which had made move in a no brainer! There was no way we could afford to rent a house with a huge deposit up front, and we had always been stuck in an apartment for ...years. With the specials, and Jetty deposit assistance, we had an escape from the dreaded apartment living and will never go back! We really do feel like the house is ours. Our quality of life has improved immeasurably. We love everything about it here. The build of the home is done right and not sloppy. It’s really a beautiful home. Maintenance has been on top of anything immediately before it becomes an inconvenience. The neighborhood is so quiet, clean and pleasant. We have said it’s like a quaint little hallmark community.
