Living at The Cottages at Watercress has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had. The walls are paper thin—you can hear everything—and despite just going about your daily life, you’ll constantly get banging on your walls from rude, non-confrontational neighbors.

We worked to resolve the noise complaints through the appropriate channels, including involving the courtesy officer, and always strived to respond to your needs with respect and transparency.
