The location of the 10560 Santa Monica BLVD location could not get any better. Although you are located on main road, the property is located on Little Santa Monica so you get the safe neighborhood feel without the noise of busy Santa Monica BLVD traffic. You are 10 minutes from Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Santa Monica and other lively locations. No matter where you need to go, whether you want to take a trip to the beach or dine at a trendy new restaurant, you are a quick ride away from some of ...

the best actives Los Angeles has to offer. Not only is the building in a great location, it is also a new building (built in 2000) with hardwood floors, central air, dishwasher, FREE onsite laundry if you do not already have one in your unit, 2 car parking spots, rose garden in the courtyard, along with many other great amenities. The Management is the building is really one of the best. The Manager lives onsite so no matter what you need, she is a quick phone call away to help the tenants with anything right away.
