The club house is closed, the gym has been closed for over 6 years, the tennis court has been closed for a year. The pool has frequent health warnings per the city of Davie due to chemical containments. The front gate is broken so the crime rate is higher. Very loud neighborhood with constant flow of people driving and walking around. A lot of parties and loud music into the night. Please consider else where to live. Garbage overflows constantly and the grass is rarely kept.

As much as I love this community I must say that the building I live has water issues. Ground floor got flooded by the second floor 6-8 times in three years time. The recent problem is sewer overflows and every bathroom in the building stops working. ie: can’t flush it overflows. This is not a unit problem. It’s a building issue. I have the best neighbors. Another thing to know is lot of cars get broken in to or they steal tires. A common problem. The gym is filthy. Hope they repair. The money ...
you pay in HOA this is not a place to own. Good for Short term renting Overall I will give a 3 out of 10 for this place. Don’t own. Just rent at Courtyatds at Davie.

Awesome place for the price

This neighborhood is very quiet &The pool is always clean. Inside the unit is a little old, with cracks here and there. Kitchen is not bad at all, the appliances are a little older but work perfectly. Very big closet in master bedroom also A decent size closet in the hallway to hold coats or even cleaning supplies. Decent sized bathroom. Great unit for college kids, it is located right by all of the major colleges.
