I just wanted to say that Nicholas did an amazing job! He was super responsive and professional at answering all of our questions before moving in and during the process of the lease agreement as well. The pricing for this place was a bit higher than what we would like BUT to be fair, you don't often see good reviews and in the end it was worth it. Parking is always going to be a hit and miss with apartments but so far we have had no issues. There are many dog owners here, including myself and ...
all seem great so far. My neighbors as well has been great and no issues there. There's also a great trail near here, which is a plus. The workers here seem to really care about the residents that live here and keep the place clean. I'd highly recommend this place since it's close to many stores and just overall has great attentive workers. Side note though since living here, you do often hear the ambulance noise. Overall, this place is wonderful and I hope they continue to keep it up in the near future. Thanks to Nicholas again!

Great experience at The Cove Apartments

My husband and I stayed at The Cove Apartments for several months while selling our house and prepping for a cross country move. We had a ground-level, one bedroom apartment with a patio that overlooked one of the many beautiful ponds/fountains. We found this place very peaceful and relaxing (amazingly quiet). The apartment staff is lovely, and the maintenance crew does an awesome job of keeping the community looking good.

I lived right on the pond. It was quiet and we were never bothered. We lived in the medium 1 bd. And it was more then enough for me, my wife, and our 2 little dogs. The bedroom was huge

Both of my kids lived at the cove. This was both of their first apartments. Being a father I was concerned and went with to visit. I was relieved after we toured. The property is safe, well lit, offers reserved parking and has security.

I toured here while looking for a home and was pleasantly surprised by the size of the one bedroom loft. The room is large and the loft is spacious as well. The high ceilings and skylights were great accents to the space. Definitely would recommend

Nothing is easy when dealing with Weidner apartments. The complex is nice enough, but management has always been a mess. Management can’t even get a competent courtesy patrol, and there was months at a time where the patrol wouldn’t show up when called, or they would simply hang up on residents. They sent out nastygrams telling everyone that their leases would be ending so renovations could begin (but those renovations wouldn’t be beginning at the time the leases were ending), the wording was ...

Loved living here, the staff is amazing. The apartments are spacious. Layouts offer tons of spacious decoration ideas.. the pond was my favorite area but the trail access was a close second!
