Roaches, Horrible Staff. BROKEN infrastructure.
April 4, 2026Man, if I could include picture I would, staff is unprofessional, roaches everywhere and the pool has been closed due to health code, roaches crawling out of the ceiling cracks and cracks in cabinets. Roaches get into fridge and freezers. Not family friendly, lots of homeless people. Fights. Rats and possums on patio.Review from Apartments.com

January 21, 2026Nothing but constant issues since I've moved in here. My window sill had a leak in the actual wall trim which I plugged up with caulk but and I told them there was water getting into the wall which I'm not even sure if they fixed. There was countless holes in my walls and ceiling which I've had to fill myself. My AC would give out all the time cause apparently I had the oldest unit in the building and they've had me on a portable unit for almost an entire month now. My door has big gaps in it ...which I've been told is "irreparable". My sink leaks at the bottom which I've also been told is "irreparable". The bathroom sink water has an odd smell when it's turned on. Maintenance does not exist on the weekends so if you have a problem on Friday good luck dealing with it for 3 days. Can't tell if its a shoddy paint job or not but I think there's black mold on my vents. And many more micro issues. But the biggest issue has absolutely been the bugs, been constantly battling roaches in my kitchen since the day I moved in here, first week I had an ant problem, and just today I found larvae for a case bearing clothes moth crawling up my wall. Before I moved in they told me that this unit had been renovated which I feel completely lied to about. I would love nothing more than to leave this place immediately but I literally can't afford an early termination fee for my lease so I'm stuck in this hellhole for the next 6 months.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 13, 2025I really enjoyed living at The Cove! The staff was always very attentive and quick to attend to issues inside and outside of the apartment. I only moved out due to a new job location. Maintenance problems
July 21, 2025They're fine for minor problems, but when something actually needs replacing, expect to wait for months. We've been waiting forever for a new AC and dishwasher. If you bring it up, they label you a difficult tenant and just repeat the same excuses over and over. Honestly, it's best to avoid dealing with them.Review from Apartments.com

December 9, 2024The newer company took over but I’m not so sure it’s any better than the other. Still have unsafe contractors and people who are working on the apartments protecting themselves but not the residents, and they don’t tell you anything until they start doing stuff and someone is mad or sick complaining . Letters on doors are faded etc. The last company would do stuff like this when the office was closed so you couldn’t call them and say anything .Office only cares about getting the job done even if ...it exposes people to all kinds of things,just like the last manager who was horrible and harassing residents named Rebecca. There is some kind of constant disruption every time of day and night and this is supposed to be my temporary home and peaceful. I’m paying to live here and I’m so tired of not getting any peace.Mail is stolen and gone through. The gates malfunction and hit people’s cars, residents hit people’s cars. April 21, 2024Headed toward our 3rd lease and still loving it. I love the fact that the office staff and maintenance crew have stayed the same , that’s rare in this day and age. The complex is a little older but they do a great job of keeping it clean and well maintained.
