April 16, 2024I have been at the Creek for 5 years love love love my apt Matinance is Excellent Top Noch for sure!!! Office Staff is so Amazing and very respecrful!!!! The grounds are super CLEAN! No Buggs none at all that would be a deal breaker for sure. The place is so quiet. And Every Holiday they do super sweet things for the residents. They have a coffee and Candy bar and are always so welcoming. They even cooked for The Residents on Thanksgiving Cooked who does that? Lol They go above and beyond for the ...people here. dum reasons to take your deposit
November 11, 2020Owners of this apartment complex live in Canada not in the usa so it will be hard to get in contact with management or corporate office your hands are tied here and do not sign a lease No insulation between the units upstairs have hardwood floor so if you go downstairs you will hear your neighbor every step very unprofessional Never again I am tired going to the office repeat myself Will not renew a contract not a professional offices the tenets have to take care of the issue than them take ...care of the issue professionally like getting rid of animals do not belong cat’s pretty much the Management do not care about residence peace here Because they do not live here.They expect you to do their job for them last apartment I would not recommend my worst enemy hereRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
Steer clear away from this place this is owned by a private mom and pops No corporate office whatsoever
January 21, 2020Stay away of this place hot water bill is ridiculous Water bills are coming out to be 60 -$70 found out that The Apartments only has one meter and they split the bill between everyone so beware that you will be spend around $60-$70 for a water Is ridiculous a little apartment complex like Golden Gate $30 flat Best believe they will tell you anything that you want to hear To have the contract signedReview from Apartments.com
RAT and ROACH INFESTED
August 14, 2018I lived here for 6 years. In those 6 years there were mixed reviews. Initially it was a great place to live. Schools are close by, and its close to all major highways. Located right next to Lockheed Martin, the landing strip is literally right down the road. Planes/jets are very very loud. Their gate to get in the apartments is a joke, it's broken 90% of the time. Parking is ridiculous, they have more spaces for visitors than they do for residence that actually live there. No worries though, if ...you're a visitor and don't register your vehicle, there is a tow truck that can load your car up in 2 minutes flat. The apartments are roach infested, and rat infested. Yes I said RAT! Not field mice, RATS!!! Pest control came out, and left me some sticky pads....the rat ran off with the trap stuck to it...I wish I was kidding! Also, prior to moving out I had started to notice all the traffic of people that are too close for comfort to my residence. I even found a needle in the bushes. I called the apartments, they said they would get it, however it stayed there until the next day. Shows how much they care. The manager is beyond rude. She is never wrong, and will make you seem like your're a bother when you address something. For instance, anytime they redo an apartment in the same building, the smell of epoxy comes seeping through the vents. When I complained to the manager, she came to my apt and said, "I don't smell anything" she wasn't the one that had to live in there. If anyone smokes, it comes right through the vents. When I moved, they charged me 120 bucks for my carpet being dirty....ummm, after 6 years a carpet gets dirty...normal wear and tear. This place is a joke.
