I am so grateful to have discovered a small, serene, well-kept, friendly apartment property where management immediately addresses your requests and/or concerns, and a professional maintenance team. Sound sleeping is a bonus of which I did not experience at former Westchase area apartment property.
Prime location offering a cornucopia of eateries and retail shopping! Metro Bus 161 literally stops outside property, and there is a church next door. For the first time, I actually look forward ...

Current resident of 3 years. As my lease comes to an end we are anxious to leave!! Lots of drug deals going on here. Dogs never on leashes. Lived in 3 different apartments, studio, townhouse and 2 bedroom. Our air conditioning went out 3 times, when I got a look at it- it’s taped with DUCK TAPE all over. Our second apartment the ceiling flooded, and almost caved in. They eventually stopped the water, but did not replace the wet molded concave ceiling. Homeless linger here after dark- and ...
sometimes during the day too. There is a gate but anyone can get in. Parking is a major issue. As in there is not enough. My husband usually ends up parking outside the gate. You get what you pay for I guess. Go spend an extra 100$ a mo th and get a livable apartment

My apartments are great... It's a nice, quiet and small community. Managers and maintenance are great. I had a few roach problems when i first moved in but it is much better now.
