April 14, 2022I just moved at the Crest three weeks ago , Jammie an Ellie are absolutely fantastic ,they help me out with the lease process and made my move in very easy. The building is very well maintained and quiet .The location is very convenient close to shoreline village and pine avenue with lots of restaurants .Great views from the rooftop .As other people mentioned the parking is not included at the rent and is something that the corporate office should reconsider .Gym has the basic missing couple of ...equipment but its ok for your average workout .On the roof top there is a mini pool / spa and plenty of room for BBQ . So far im happy with my decision to chose Crest over other apartment buildings in the area.Property Manager Responded
