Best location of residences in Long Beach. Easy walk to the Pike, Pine St, Terrace Theater and many Long Beach attractions. Amenities at the Crest make one feel like they are on permanent vacation.

Anytime there’s an issue whether it be big or small the management team is super quick to get things resolved. The maintenance staff is also amazing. Everyone is knowledgeable, quick, and efficient. Grateful to have such a good staff to look out for us.

As a new resident, the move in process was very easy. I was able to do everything on line. The building is very nice and there are excellent amenities. The location is great and you can walk to just about anywhere.

I just moved at the Crest three weeks ago , Jammie an Ellie are absolutely fantastic ,they help me out with the lease process and made my move in very easy. The building is very well maintained and quiet .The location is very convenient close to shoreline village and pine avenue with lots of restaurants .Great views from the rooftop .As other people mentioned the parking is not included at the rent and is something that the corporate office should reconsider .Gym has the basic missing couple of ...

equipment but its ok for your average workout .On the roof top there is a mini pool / spa and plenty of room for BBQ . So far im happy with my decision to chose Crest over other apartment buildings in the area.
