Black mold growing through walls, worst landlords ever

While living here we had 5 different landlords. NONE of them responded to our complaints/requests. Literally just ignored our multiple emails. Black mold growing through the walls. Hundreds of small flies coming out of ceiling fan in summer. Broken bathroom ceiling fan. Call box broken for a year....it’s still broken. Our elevator was recently down for two weeks and I know there are wheelchair bound tenants in the building. Absolutely awful. Living here will leave a bad taste in your mouth and ...

The good location and price are not worth the horrible management. Don't risk it, unless you like being sent to collections months after you moved out for charges they never told you about.

Live in the middle of Seattle and not miss anything!

This building offers one bedroom and studio apartments. I rent a studio and it is perfect for me and my dog. Private deck! Full size washer and dryer, in the unit! Great kitchen size and a walk-in closet! located smack dab in the middle of town! Walk to tons of restuarants and bars. Blocks from Convention center bus terminal. There's even parking. Perfect spot to call home.
