February 26, 2024They need to hire a reputable pest control company prior to letting anyone reside in that building. There are roaches burrowed inside small holes on the ceiling even. July 18, 2023Don't move in. No real luxury amenities. Not clubhouse or any office area for residents to go to. Gym is small but dirty looks like it never gets cleaned, especially the floors. Trash barely ever get picked up they are always off but you are charged. Maintenance is a joke and it really doesn't feel they care about there job. No lights around the neighborhood at night. No area for residents to walk around such as a sidewalk. There is nothing luxury about this place.Property Manager Responded
