Huge turnaround from before
May 8, 2021I visited this community before the new management took over and it is like night and day. The residents seem happy and the staff seems happy to be there. I toured a fully renovated one bedroom and fell in love instantly with the dark wood panels in the kitchen and bathroom. They even had flat top stoves! You would think that an apartment this beautifully renovated would be rather pricey but it was MUCH lower than I thought. I will be taking another tour in the next coming weeks and hopefully the ...apartment I toured is still available. You can't beat the courtyard view from your patio.Property Manager Responded

There’s never a dull moment at The Atrium at Carmichael with year-round engaging activities and events for our residents. The amazing location in Carmichael offers our residents 5 acres of landscaped walking paths, courtyards, and ponds to explore. It’s close enough to shopping and recreation that you’ll never have to travel far. When you’re not soaking in the sun outdoors, you can take part in a variety of engaging community events. Here are a few favorites: Instructor Led Fitness Classes, Bingo, Happy Hour, Shopping Trips, Public Speakers and more. We look forward to seeing you again soon!
