Roaches
August 22, 2025Within the first month of moving in, we noticed a large roach scurrying in the kitchen. I placed a maintenance order for pest control within the online portal and informed the front desk to which they told me that pest control only came on certain days during the week and that they would let me know beforehand when they arrive. I work from home so I would have been able to confirm if pest control had entered, but they never showed but on the online portal the maintenance request was marked as ...completed. I picked up some roach baits myself and placed them around the apartment which seemed to do the trick up until a few weeks ago when I saw a baby roach. If you know anything about roaches, seeing a little one is far worse than seeing a larger one. There is also a large wasps nest that has formed on my patio and around the pool area there seems to be a large amount of wasps there as well which if you have small children would not be preferable. Earlier this week, I placed another maintenance request for the wasps nest to which the ticket was also marked as complete and I was informed I would be given a notice before pest control arrives. Due to job relocation, my husband and I ended up having to break our lease and will be moving out at the end of this month which is about a week away so it doesn’t necessarily matter at this point in time. Clearly however, the property seems to be unable to manage the pest situation here. I would avoid this complex.Property Manager Responded

April 27, 2025I was enjoying living here until the new Management Co. stepped in. I am so disappointed! The first floor hallways are completely filthy and it smells so awful since Bozzuto stepped in. I have made many attempts to speak to someone about this, but no one has emailed or called me. I have seen some attempts to kept the grounds clean, but, unfortunately, the hallways of my building are grotesque. I cannot be the only person who is upset about this. It is so awful that I AM ASHAMED TO BRING GUESTS ...INTO MY RESIDENCE! I am an adult, and yet, I feel like I am living in college, as a matter of fact, I think my college apartment was kept nicer than this! I am very uncomfortable living here, and I will most likely have to move if something is not done about this. A one-time clean will not be sufficient; it needs to be an on-going process of maintaining cleanliness. The previous management company cleaned the hallways and shampooed the carpets ON A REGULAR BASIS. I wish they would do something.Property Manager Responded

April 26, 2025Hi it’s been great for 9 months up until lately but recently someone has been leaving their trash bags in front of our place on a daily/weekly occurrence. It’s preventing us from leaving our own trash out sometimes and it’s really disrespectful. We have had it thrown in our hallway and had a ripped bag thrown trash everywhere right infront of our door. It’s extremely disgusting and rude and it’s not even our trash which makes it 10x grosser(we don’t drink twisted tea and soda, have spider man ...plates, chocolate bunnies and other things…..) now we have had someone leave a note to us complaining about the trash to us when we moved it away from our door,as if we are the ones leaving it out there. Would appreciate if someone could help us handle the situation.. I am moving out next month but one of my roomates isn’t and this can’t continue.Property Manager Responded

I think just need better organization in the mailroom, better sign on shelves to be easy for the delivery man. Stuff seems to get “lost” a lot. April 24, 2025Everything would be fine, the gym is very good, but it has become very dirty everywhere, especially in the entrances. There is garbage everywhere, dog poop. The cleaners just roll a cart with cleaning products and just walk along the floor looking at their phones, I have seen this several times. April 24, 2025Since the change in managing company to Bozzuto in January 2025 this place has really turned around. Under the old management issues went unresolved for months or year. When Bozzuto took over they completely changed the feel of the community for the better, immediately getting to work fixing broken amenities and caring for the property and its residents. The staff are some of the nicest, most helpful people I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. It feels like being around family. The ...property is absolutely beautiful, it feels like a luxurious oasis situated in the middle of a nature preserve while being close to everything. Amenities are top notch including pool, firepit, dog parks/grooming, clubhouse game room and movie theater and newly added putting green. April 24, 2025Everything was fine, but it's been very dirty for four months now. On my 3rd floor of building 6 there is no air conditioning at all, it smells bad, and no one cleans. In general it has become very dirty and the sun loungers at the pool stink and it's unpleasant to lie on them. People left a dirty mattress on the first floor and there was trash everywhere.Property Manager Responded
