Not Luxury Living
October 3, 2017Have to agree with the other posts! The staff is very lazy, rude and pretty much here for a pay check! When you can find them , as 75% of the time they are outside smoking , or just not there. (!not showing apartments - just not there) Sad as the complex had promise , once everything gets fixed. The pool is about to fall in, the outdoor furniture already has! Folks don't pick up after their pets so bugs are a problem! More and more residents getting tired of dealing with the attitudes and ...lack of action from the office!Property Manager Responded

UnProfessional and Not Worth the Headache
February 13, 2016We applied with the Crossings earlier this year. Ms. Byrd was very congenial when showing the units and discussing the amenities and lifestyle of the community. We paid $100.00 application fee and waited.. and waited.. and waited... NOTHING! No phone call, no email no contact from the Property regarding our application status! After the first week with out hearing a word, we contacted them. I mean after all we are not in the habit of just giving money away with no purpose. We were given the " Oh ...I am waiting for my Boss to come back into the office. She is the one who makes all the final decisions" Called again exactly a week later, then Ms. Byrd was not in the office, called week later and Ms. Byrd was at a Funeral I mean seriously Most unprofessional renting encounter ever. If the answer was no , then be just as quick to say no as you were to take our money. We paid for an answer, not a run around!Property Manager Responded

Dream apartment
July 22, 2015My children love the spacious rooms and pool area is excellent. The location is in a prime location for everything there is to do in Mobile. The management here are the greatest group of young ladies I've met. I can't see me and my family living anywhere else.Property Manager Responded
