Amazing Apartment!
July 22, 2025My husband and I moved here after we got married summer of 2024. We absolutely loved living here. The staff is amazing, the community spaces are beautiful and well cared for, and the residents are quiet and kind! We only moved because we had a job change that required it. Pet friendly, too! Great Apartment

Safe place that balances amenities and affordability
May 16, 2025I found The Crossings when searching for two-year bridge housing between owning homes. What drew me to The Crossings was the cleanliness of the building, quiet environment, and balance of amenities and affordability. Living there was a positive experience - love the underground parking, especially in MN winters! Very safe environment, no issues ever concerning safety. Just moved out and if it weren't for needing more space for my kiddo and I, probably would have stayed longer. Remember, it's ...community living so you have to be okay with shared spaces, noises, etc. though I will say this is one of the quietest apartments I've ever encountered.Property Manager Responded

Great community and space
November 1, 2023Lived here for a year, and people will always greet you with smiles. Great sq footage and storage if you have a lot of stuff. Maintenance is quick and efficient to fixing things. They're on top when there's a snowfall! Quiet and calm, you rarely ever hear anyone through the walls. A family friendly building! Great Apartments
March 27, 2023I've been here since September of last year and absolutely love it. The staff are great and the building is clean and quiet. We don't hear our neighbors much at all except for occasional muffled vacuuming sounds in the unit above. So much quieter than our last place though.Property Manager Responded

Expensive shiny trash
March 21, 2023The neighbors are terrible, the barking never stops its 3am as I write this, awakened by the neighbors dog barking. 10 minutes straight after I woke. Do not rent here. I'd rather live in a tent next to the highway and will be taking action to prematurely end my lease. It's unlivable if you like to sleep.Property Manager Responded

Wonderful place to call home!
March 16, 2023I just have to rave about the entire staff. Maintenance is very helpful and fast to take care of my needs. The management is quick to respond to any and all questions, they even check in my packages or deliver them to my door. Regular apartment living
February 12, 2023It's a basic apartment. The only nice thing is you get your own hvac system and that it's a non smoking community. But some neighbors still smoke. Also, you can hear your neighbors talk or sneeze next door. Flooring is thin as well. Just remember ,before you spend a fortune for one of these apartments, your neighbors can still be rude and incredibly loud no matter how much you are paying....and my neighbors above,below and next door are all loud and disrespectful,and they don't care how many ...times they are warned. Camille and the office staff are great though. But the neighbors still suck.Property Manager Responded
