December 16, 2025DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY OVER $110 ON TOP OF YOUR RENT FOR “SHARED SPACES” scroll down to see some of the bills that are usually $100+ on top of your rent and other utilities. The way they break it up makes no sense, the leasing office and Conservice refuse to give me the actual utility billing. Terrible companies on both sides.Review from Apartments.com

July 30, 2025Good area, overall. Maintenance requests take a pretty long time to get fulfilled unless it’s an emergency, so I usually end up fixing most things myself. Leasing office is nearly impossible to get ahold of during business hours but when I have time to stop in instead of calling, they’re is really nice and always make sure I have what I need.Review from Apartments.com
