July 30, 2025Good area, overall. Maintenance requests take a pretty long time to get fulfilled unless it’s an emergency, so I usually end up fixing most things myself. Leasing office is nearly impossible to get ahold of during business hours but when I have time to stop in instead of calling, they’re is really nice and always make sure I have what I need.Review from Apartments.com

I’ve had to put in a couple of maintenance tickets due to broken blinds, and my patio door lock needing replacement. Maintenance took care of my requests within 24 hours. November 2, 2024I enjoy the apartment I share with my roommate and for the most part maintenance is well managed. They're very timely with cleanup crews in the hallways and plowing snow in the parking lot, that's much appreciated. I do wish the amenities within the apartment were a little more updated, the cabinets are very old and lacquered. Appliances are also pretty old as well.Review from Apartments.com
