        This review is for the maintenance staff. They are absolutely amazing!! Wil, in particular, is always around to help with issues or regular maintenance and my husband and I look forward to seeing him every morning on our way to yoga! He genuinely cares and is an active part of the community here at the crown. We honestly probably wouldn’t have resigned our lease if the maintenance team wasn’t so thorough.         My experience here at The Crown was absolutely amazing! Everybody that helped me throughout the process of getting my apartment was lovely, but I have to specifically recognize Bayan!         Just renewed for fourth year. The management quality keeps trending upward, especially since the building changed hands. I've also noticed the resident events have gotten much better. Kim, Logan along with the leasing and maintenance staff have always been accommodating. The Crown is reasonably priced considering the location (city views and proximity to uptown & southend), amenities and building quality. Very content with my living situation.

        DO NOT LIVE HERE. I lived here over the summer and they are now trying to charge me $400 for a broken window even though I have provided explicit proof that the window was not broken upon my move out. I am not going to accuse them of malicious intent, but they are very stubborn about the charge even though I provided proof that I am not at fault.
