Maintenance Staff

This review is for the maintenance staff. They are absolutely amazing!! Wil, in particular, is always around to help with issues or regular maintenance and my husband and I look forward to seeing him every morning on our way to yoga! He genuinely cares and is an active part of the community here at the crown. We honestly probably wouldn’t have resigned our lease if the maintenance team wasn’t so thorough. I’ve lived at The Crown for 1.5 years and although no apartment is perfect, I can honestly say the maintenance staff is amazing! Wil is always responsive and helpful. I am very grateful for Wil and also Bayan in the leasing office. Both have made living at The Crown great experience.

The community speaks for itself. Beautiful design, awesome amenities, great location…. I could go on and on! Bayan toured me and she is smiles all the way round! Amazing!

My experience here at The Crown was absolutely amazing! Everybody that helped me throughout the process of getting my apartment was lovely, but I have to specifically recognize Bayan! She gave a wonderful tour of the establishment and the apartments. She was kind and knowledgeable about any question or doubt we had. We left feeling great about our decision to move to these apartments. Not to mention the community is absolutely beautiful!! I would highly recommend!

Everyone in leasing office is awesome, and maintenance is always super responsive. Bayan helped me throughout my move-in process and ultimately sold me on The Crown. Definitely recommend checking them out if you’re moving to Charlotte

5 Star Community Management

Just renewed for fourth year. The management quality keeps trending upward, especially since the building changed hands. I've also noticed the resident events have gotten much better. Kim, Logan along with the leasing and maintenance staff have always been accommodating. The Crown is reasonably priced considering the location (city views and proximity to uptown & southend), amenities and building quality. Very content with my living situation.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. Trying to charge me $400

DO NOT LIVE HERE. I lived here over the summer and they are now trying to charge me $400 for a broken window even though I have provided explicit proof that the window was not broken upon my move out. I am not going to accuse them of malicious intent, but they are very stubborn about the charge even though I provided proof that I am not at fault.
