April 14, 2026Started great. I believe i first became a tenant in 2021. Staff was great and attentive. You could tell they paid attention to the little things. There was a lot of attention to detail. As the years have gone by and staff has changed the quality has dropped. Carpet in the hallways would remain stained and not cleaned until i brought it up. Trash chutes would break and not get fixed for a few days. Same with the gate. Left raised for days. With the homeless issue we have! Initially you would have ...a guard sit there to ensure no loiters entered. This past time the gate had to be replaced it was left wide open with no security. The hot water broke too many times. If the attention to detail the initial staff showed was demonstrated by the current staff the place would be great and i would recommend.
