        I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the management of this building. Their communication is entirely dishonest, and they consistently look residents in the eye and lie about resolving critical issues. My washing machine broke down more than two weeks ago. To date, I have submitted three formal service requests through the online portal, and the management has repeatedly failed to fix the problem: May 28, 2026: I submitted the first request. A technician came, but did absolutely ...
        nothing to fix the actual issue, and the ticket was falsely marked as "Work Completed." June 3, 2026: Since the machine still didn't work, I opened a second request. It was closed again as "Work Completed," yet the appliance remains completely broken. The washer starts but suddenly stops mid-cycle, leaving clothes soaked and unrinsed. June 9, 2026: I was forced to open a third request, which is currently sitting as "Pending." When I personally went to the management office to explain that the machine was not working properly, I was explicitly told, "No problem, we will replace it with another one today." After waiting for two days with no action, I returned to the office. The manager literally swore and promised that the replacement would happen that very day. Days have passed, and nothing has been done. For the past two weeks, I have been forced to visit the office every single day. Every time, different managers look me in the eye and falsely promise that the machine will be replaced "today." This blatant disregard for residents and systemic dishonesty is completely unacceptable. I am left with a broken appliance, zero accountability from the team, and an immense amount of wasted time

        My experience getting my apartment was very smooth and easy. The staff here are very friendly. My mom is in a wheelchair and all areas were easy for her to access which is a big plus. The apartment I eventually applied for and got is the most beautiful apartment I’ve ever seen with beautiful views. Love the gym and pool with a view. My first two work orders were carried out quickly. There is 24 hour security and the package area is pretty secure. Living in LB you learn to be weary of people ...
        taking things from package rooms but not here. It’s very safe. The parking garage opener is annoying and you usually have to get out of your car to get it to work. That would be my only gripe. I’ve only been in my apartment for about a week but this beginning process has been amazing.

        Started great. I believe i first became a tenant in 2021. Staff was great and attentive. You could tell they paid attention to the little things. There was a lot of attention to detail. As the years have gone by and staff has changed the quality has dropped. Carpet in the hallways would remain stained and not cleaned until i brought it up. Trash chutes would break and not get fixed for a few days. Same with the gate. Left raised for days. With the homeless issue we have! Initially you would have ...
        a guard sit there to ensure no loiters entered. This past time the gate had to be replaced it was left wide open with no security. The hot water broke too many times. If the attention to detail the initial staff showed was demonstrated by the current staff the place would be great and i would recommend. Until then i will tell all my professional friends to stay away.

        Cannot say enough great things about the Current! You will love living here. Everyone makes you feel right at home. The management team, maintenance staff and other residents. You are in such a prime location in Downtown Long Beach, so many places are walking distance as well.
