Cute apartments, had a few issues though
November 17, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comThis was my first apartment, I moved in with a roommate. The apartment itself was not cleaned when we moved in but it wasn't too big a deal because we wanted to clean it ourselves which we did. It was a cute apartment, decent size and an amazing price for a 2 bedroom. But the quality of the material they used wasn't the greatest. Cabinets looked and felt gross cause of the paint, the counter tops were chipping in the kitchen and bathrooms, the shower floor was cracking There were issues with the ...dryer on several occasions and the dishwasher a few times as well. The wait for maintenance was never too long but it was pretty irritating that the same problems kept occurring every few months. Tori in the office is super nice and did her best to help me when I was having issues with my (terrible) roommate so honestly I felt lucky to have someone nice working there to balance out all the issues I had. If it weren't for my roommate, I feel like I would have better liked my stay in this community and I would definitely move back if they were to offer affordable 1 bedrooms!Read More
No AC in the Summer

The apartment was not move in ready, nor were we able to pick up our apartment keys at the discussed time. The maintenance staff does not check the online portal to aid in residents requests and you have to either go to the office (and hope you catch their one leasing agent) or hope you run into a maintenance man on the premises to inform them of your issue. This summer our AC has gone out on multiple occasions. In ...Texas, this is a huge problem. Our unit stayed over 90 degrees during the day and dropped to the high 80s during the evenings. It took the apartment complex 8 days to remedy this issue. To make matters worse, my roommate is pregnant. They did not provide us other living arrangements or a proper pro-rates amount for this occurrence. Save yourself future headaches and do not move into this sorry property.Read More
You pay a lot for a horrible service
June 18, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comWhen you get it all is very nice inside, but the reality is another, my roof was mold but they only fixed it when it was almost over the year and I was about seven months like that, the bathroom water was leaking into the bedroom and never fixed it (at least I moved out and they didn't do it while I was there), and so I had breaking problems, they go into your house and check if everything works well, but they never fix what's wrong. I think they only do to see if there are more people in the ...apartment, fell almost on me the toilet cabinet, my husband had to put it because they didn't; I could tell them more but it's not worth it, in the end we left the whole apartment clean, with some details, but they discounted us more in the absence of water payments.Read More

Grounds and Pool is clean. They have been doin some face lifting on the grounds over the summer I've noticed. The water did get shut off due to the city having to do some upgrading as ...well. September 6, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comThe office staff is horrible, water is constantly being shut off for maintenance. Even though they are remodeled almost everything breaks or was done incorrectly during remodeling (plumbing and electrical). It is also very dangerous. Countless drug deals, car break ins and even home invasions. I lived her 2 years and it was a huge mistake.

The pool is always kept clean, as well as the fitness center. The parking lot was redone not long ago, and it has a nice slick look, all and all a great little place.

The homes are nice grounds are kept clean. Free kayaks to use Rivers about a block away it's pretty centrally located close to all kinds of restaurants then the outlet malls not too far!!
