Cute apartments, had a few issues though

This was my first apartment, I moved in with a roommate. The apartment itself was not cleaned when we moved in but it wasn't too big a deal because we wanted to clean it ourselves which we did. It was a cute apartment, decent size and an amazing price for a 2 bedroom. But the quality of the material they used wasn't the greatest. dryer on several occasions and the dishwasher a few times as well. The wait for maintenance was never too long but it was pretty irritating that the same problems kept occurring every few months. Tori in the office is super nice and did her best to help me when I was having issues with my (terrible) roommate so honestly I felt lucky to have someone nice working there to balance out all the issues I had. If it weren't for my roommate, I feel like I would have better liked my stay in this community and I would definitely move back if they were to offer affordable 1 bedrooms!
