February 3, 2026The Dakota has been a great place to live for the past 1.5 years. There is good upkeep and maintenance of the outside areas, and maintenance responds quickly to concerns. Overall, the interior of the apartments are quiet and in good condition. There are lots of dogs here and few children, if either is a draw for you. The pool, gym, and dog park are all great amenities. The location is near highways for travel but also in a quieter area of Raleigh which I like a lot.Review from Apartments.com
