New Management
November 9, 2025DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST Imoved in during the month of July and had issues with noise from July to August. She finally moved out. Out of the blue, it was sold to a new management company . I don’t have the manager’s email. I have called twice and there is no emergency maintenance voicemail or anything. It’s a female voicemail as if it is a regular service. Think again before moving in here my washer is not working and I have wet clothes that can form mold which is dangerous but no emergency ...voicemail. August 2, 2025Overall, the experience has been decent. The communication is good, and the staff have been super friendly and helpful. That said, I do wish the rental units were kept a bit cleaner. Also, the alarm going off at night is frustrating, usually because of careless tenants. At this point, they should start issuing fines instead of just handing out warnings.Property Manager Responded

July 27, 2025I love the square footage but the patio is hideous. Plates and pots were left in the cabinet. The showerhead needs to be replaced. There is no saltwater pool yet it was a selling point. The living room does not come with a light as you have to install it on your own.Property Manager Responded

May 14, 2025Unfair rent options trash not being picked up. I put it out when I wake up. The trash is still there. Some people are not putting the trash in the right trash bin.Property Manager Responded
