September 25, 2025The office team were friendly and did not hesitate to show me around. Year round indoor pool that is actually open is a plus. August 30, 2024Are number one concerned with living at this Pacific location? Was during the time of the air conditioning breaking. We had to buy a unit twice. The size of the temporary AC unit offered, which didn't cool anything more than the living room. Considering the temperature outside was a 118°. degrees, we had to rent a room. With that being said, we are extremely happy with the maintenance team having to deal with the faulty equipment that they have to maintain and the leasing office does a ...fantastic job. August 2, 2024We are not happy for being charged for the pools in the other building when we can’t even use it because they’re not completed, but we’re still being charged for it. Plus, they won’t fix anything and I still have some unpainted walls from damage leaking from other apartments and they won’t fix it cause I told him I can’t have them use latex paint. I’m allergic to latex and they need to use non-latex. Also, I put a order in. They put it completed and they haven’t done it. We still have scorpions ...and roaches really bad and that was not like that when we moved in we didn’t bring them. They’re here. It’s awful.Property Manager Responded
