Absolute Joke
March 31, 2021This is by far the worst apartment in the Wayland Square area for the $ they charge. The entire experience start to finish was beyond poor. The property manager communicates in an unprofessional manner and could care less if you have an issue. Maintenance is great when they can actually respond - but they are understaffed and overwhelmed. Move in conditions were terrible - apartment was dirty, things were broken and continue to break on a weekly basis. The property is old and it shows - the ...exterior is falling apart which is concerning because resident parking is under the building. The stairwell doors do not lock, door handles are broken and you can occasionally find a homeless person sleeping under the stairwell. The property did not take COVID into consideration in terms of protocol at all and they continue to tour occupied units with prospects which is a safety concern. If you are looking for an apartment community that is safe and clean with management you can rely on - lease elsewhere.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
