Beautiful Property
August 15, 2025Such a welcoming atmosphere from the front office staff to the maintenance men. The grounds are beautiful, the apartments are spacious with different layouts to chose from, the communication was comforting and the amenities are such an awesome bonus. Highly recommend!! Unprofessional
September 5, 2023This complex seems focused on maximizing profits at the expense of resident satisfaction. They prohibit certain items and give you only a 72-hour window to remove them from the premises. Additionally, the staff often provide misleading information. Communication is poor, and their overall conduct is unprofessional. I would not recommend living here. While the apartment itself is nice, dealing with the business has been very unprofessional.Property Manager Responded

Lubbock's Best - Hands Down.
November 14, 2021Nothing compares to this apartment complex. Living here for the past 2 years has been the best experience I've ever had. Joe has been there from the start with anything that I needed. He and the whole staff have been so accommodating and kind, I don't think there's a better team to bring together such a lovely community. This is a fantastic place for a college student or a small family. Wonderfully sized units, attached garages, secure gates around the complex, and wonderful amenities that are ...all-inclusive. They truly strive for excellence and safety here. The maintenance team gets your requests done within a timely manner, and does a great job taking care of things. TLDR; If you're looking for a place to live here in Lubbock, TX - this place is what you're looking for.Property Manager Responded

Highly Recommend!
September 30, 2021I’ve lived at The Dominion for four, going on five years and I would recommend this place to anyone! I’ve had a great experience with everyone from the office staff to the maintenance team. Trachelle, Joe, and Madi are always so friendly and helpful and they really make an effort to know you on a first-name basis. I’ve always felt welcome when I come into the office and they’re so quick to help with anything I need or answer any questions I have. The maintenance crew is also amazing, which I ...really value. Tom and his team are always very friendly, helpful, and respectful and they address maintenance tasks very quickly. The management team does a great job of hosting resident events that really give a sense of community, and communication from the staff is great. They’re also always making sure to keep the property in tip-top shape and are constantly making improvements. I’ve always felt very safe here because of the gated access and attached garage. The balcony, fireplace, and tall ceilings also give the apartments a more luxurious feel for such a reasonable price. You’ll find everyone from college students to young families and retired couples here, so it really is a suitable place to live for any life stage! You won’t find better people or bigger bang for your buck anywhere else in Lubbock!Property Manager Responded

Definitely Recommend!
September 30, 2021My boyfriend and I absolutely loved living here! I have never had any issues that management couldn’t help me with. Madi in the front office was always very helpful and was able to answer any questions I had. It may be off of the loop, but it’s a quiet community, the landscaping is well kept, and maintenance was always quick to fix any issues we had (even on the weekends). I loved the that they’re basically townhomes, but they’re very reasonably priced. It’s very hard to find an apartment with an ...attached garage that isn’t ridiculously expensive. Great Apartment
September 25, 2021Me and my girlfriend have loved living here. By far the best experience I’ve ever had with the multiple apartments that I’ve lived at. It’s a quiet community, the landscaping is well kept, maintenance was always quick to fix any issues we had. I love the fact that they’re technically townhomes without the townhome price tag. It’s very hard to find an apartment with an attached garage that isn’t ridiculously expensive. We would stay if we weren’t moving cities. AWESOME COMMUNITY! MADI ROCKS!!!
September 23, 2021We moved in here at the Dominion about 2 months ago, and since then have had a wonderful experience. The spacious garage was a huge selling point for me as a car enthusiast who likes to keep his car out of the Lubbock dust! The front desk people (Madi and Joe!) are AWESOME! August 21, 2021While we’ve only been here for a little under a month, we’ve been enjoying this apartment a bunch. Madi personally helped us with the leasing process, made everything super easy to understand, and even helped fix some of the small issues in a very quick fashion. The apartments themselves are incredible so far. The location is fantastic, and was way more bargain for our buck. The added benefit of being a gated community really helped quell any fears and anxiety about moving out. I can’t recommend ...these apartments enough, love it here!Property Manager Responded
