Do not rent here. I have lived here for many years and the management rotates all the time. The area manager is not a nice person. She is actually the one who makes all the decisions on everything. They overcharge on late fees. They are eviction happy people. The property is always full of dog poop and trash. Loud music all hours of the night and day. The pool is only open when they say it is open. The laundry rooms are nasty and 90% of the machines do not work. Many apartments are full of ...
roaches. They don’t even treat mold issues. They have hidden mold behind cabinets, etc. I do not recommend anyone suggesting living here. I give 0 stars to this place.

I would only advise renting if it is your last resort. I had to move to Dallas because of a natural disaster and needed something fast. I will be moving soon and would not recommend. The staff is extremely unprofessional. It is hard to get someone that understands mid to complex issues that arise. I’ve been hung up on several times when calling about maintenance updates. I haven’t had my apartment numbers on my door since I moved in and get a different story every time I call. Oh and the roaches, ...
my God! I’ve NEVER in my life had roaches but here I am, spraying literally everyday. I’ve tried everything and they eventually come back. You will also have to pay $5 for every guest you have or their car will be towed. Needless to say, let this be your last resort.

When we moved in they were very strict about having every single thing ready and in order (understandable) including the fees and information of our 2 dogs. Now all of a sudden we get letter at our door saying we have 2 unauthorized dogs and are wanting to charge more fees. This was left on a Sat leaving us only 24 hours to discuss this when they are closed on Sunday! .. Very upsetting . Definitely thinking of leaving when our lease is up. Let alone the customer service in the office has always ...

My lease is up this month (April 30th) and I am glad to be moving on. These apartments was a choice I had to make fast and it wasn’t hard getting accepted with my broken lease on my record. The staff has always been friendly. The issues I have ran across are as followed; when the pool was supposed to be opened, it was closed on two separate occasions and when I called the office “ they said they were out of pool cleaner”, the apartment has a few spots in ceiling where in caves in, I keep kitchen ...
