Live literally anywhere else
April 17, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comMatt no longer is the property manager. He left without saying a word months ago. New manager never introduced himself. Since the moment we’ve moved here a year ago there have been problems. Units are not cleaned before move in. The non-renovated units look unfinished and unmaintained. Says non-smoking but everyone here smokes anyway. Laundry room only has one working washer and dryer for the whole complex. Live literally anywhere else.Property Manager Responded

July 31, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comMaintenance issues take forever to get resolved. Security is non existent. Quiet is nonexistent. Pest control issues. Photos are very misleading. Tons of hidden fees.

May 5, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comI have been living here about 4yrs, the management Matt is very dependable and helpful with issues you may have with the property and if he don’t know he will try his best to assist, he keeps the property clean and all you have to do is communicate and keep him informed with any problems they will get resolved in a timely manner. Also the maintenance guy Joe great he get it fixed, So this is a great property to reside. I am actually a resident and believe me I will tell you if their are any ...problems. Management has changed
October 18, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comThe old management company did not care about the upkeep of the property at all, nor did they care about the residents safety. The new management took over and they immediately put up security cameras. I feel much safer already.Property Manager Responded
