Management is terrible and they will find a way to charge you an arm and a leg for everything and anything. They cannot communicate with their renters. Don’t live here
April 16, 2023have lived here for 1.5 years. But sadly I can no longer live here. Since management changed months ago the complex has lost its charm. A few of the issues are: Trash chutes have been out of order since they took over Doors are falling apart and the security device don't work on all of them Every month the gate is broken and takes about a month to get fixed The up keep is just not there. Yes the rooms are nice and the amenities are great (ability to control the locks, lights, and thermostat from ...your phone), but don’t let that distract you from the fact that they have had 14 police reports over the past 3 months. 10 of which involve vehicle break ins and stolen cars. Over the past 3 months I have had my catalytic converter stolen and my truck broken into and attempted to be stolen. You would think with that many issues with security the complex would notify residents, fix the doors and gates, or add extra security. They haven’t done anything. They will probably respond to this with “we just upgraded the door locks for apartments and we are at the mercy of the gate maintenance people”. Overpriced, poor management, sketchy reviews
February 28, 2023I lived here for 4 years in a 1br/1bath and it was fine during the first half of my stay and terrible for the second half. Every year rent increased by a rather absurd margin, and I consistently felt nickel and dimed despite, frankly, not living in that exciting of a location. There's nothing in terms of walkability. The hallways were gross, and there were constant fire alarm issues. On top of that, the new management company baked into the lease renewal a 90 day notice to vacate requirement, as ...well as the requirement to hire your own cleaning service. Love this place!
January 18, 2019I have been living here for a little less than a month now and I absolutely love it here!! The staff welcomes each resident with open hands and is always there if I have any questions or concerns. The apartment is completely brand new and the smart home feature of it is one of the best parts!
