August 18, 2015This building is beautiful, and the amenities are great. The building staff is generally wonderful to work with. The location can't be beat. However, the rent is exorbitant, especially considering what we dealt with in our unit. We had an ant infestation in our apartment that was not disclosed to us prior to moving in. Very disappointing, because the building and units are so great. If this didn't happen to us, I would be giving a much better review.Review from Apartments.com
