I've lived here since May of 2021 (now two years). It certainly is no luxury apartment. There is a new owner every 6 months, people leave trash everywhere around the entire property, my apartment has had multiple issues with mold, broken AC during the summertime, dishwasher that barely works, broken dryer that wasn't fixed for weeks, cockroaches, spiders, a shooting in late 2021 outside my building.... the list goes on. The pool has been open for maybe 3 weeks out of the 2 years that I've lived ...
here. It is spacious, the walls are pretty thick, it is affordable, and it comes with the things you need, but it is not AT ALL a luxury apartment, and it's a joke that luxury is in the name. Some of the renovated units may be nice, but mine has not been touched since before my previous roommate lived there, which was earlier than 2018.
