This place is terrible

I’m a current resident, who has now lived here for 6 years. When I first moved here it was amazing for about 2 years.
However since then it has been a horrible experience. Over the past 4 years there have been 4 different property owners and all have been an absolute nightmare.
The current property management team started out great! They seemed like they were going to clean up the place and really start making a change. Too bad it didn’t last long.
I have gone 2 months with out a shower, and ...
since I still have a working bath, they figure that’s all I need. So I have been forced to take baths which is very inconvenient especially with a busy life. I have brought this up to management and all they say is “sorry but the part is on back order”. Which I can understand, if it was for a week, 2 weeks, but two months?!?
I wouldn’t be surprised if this management team is going the same route as the others. They are broke! A few months back all our trash started to pile up for weeks. When we complained they said it was an issue with the waste management company, but when I asked the driver what was going on he said, “if you don’t pay your bill, you trash stays here”, and then laughed about it.
If you want to live in an apartment were you don’t have a working shower with a management team that is going broke go ahead and move in, otherwise run for the hills because this place is terrible!
