Not "luxury" but good enough
May 19, 2024I moved in very recently and was expecting something "luxury" but I would not call it that. Finishes in kitchen and bathroom make the apartment look nice, but as soon as you look at the smaller details like the paint job, baseboards, plumbing, windows, it is not nice at all. The apartment did not come previously cleaned as I found a dead mouse that had been there for at least a couple weeks. You can definitely hear your neighbors through the thin walls and ceilings. The only ceiling lights are ...located in a closet, bathroom, and kitchen, so beware that it is constant darkness. Lots of things came broken unfortunately. Jamie, the property manager, is extremely nice and parking is ample. Neighbors are very friendly as well. Utilities are billed at a flat rate, so that's convenient. Pretty average, wouldn't consider luxury. But not terrible
May 8, 2024In my opinion, they slapped on "luxury apartments" to be able to raise rent. The kitchen is nice and granite countertops, and the maintenance team is fast. But walls are pretty thin, seems to have a lot of water leaks on the property, and leasing office doesn't always respond or reply. In my experience, we had a handful of issues when we moved in, but maintenance was fast to repair. I would say the rent is fairly high for the quality of the actual apartments. Stay away from educated but uncivilized and thick skinned neighbors
September 21, 2013I have lived here for 2 years and so far I had no issues. the owner took care of all the maintenance within reasonable time. A couple of months ago a bunch of people moved upstairs and they are extremely noisy and annoying. Nothing works for these animals. It seems the place is full of such people and I was shielded until the new neighbors moved in. If you don't mind noise and are OK with bad sound proofing..this is otherwise an OK place.
