August 5, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comWe had 3 beds, 1.5 bath for 2 adults and 2 kids. The home is very spacious, generous kitchen and bedroom space. I love the open view concept and that the bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom lays on the opposite side of the other bedrooms which is a plus. Management was very professional and responsive, in particular Gina Vargo. The best service I've had in my 8 years of renting in various Appleton apartments/townhomes. Any maintenance needs were for the most part taken care of on the ...same day. The only reason I moved was because we needed/wanted another bathroom/shower.Read More
