WOW, I lived here for 2 years. They charged me at the move-out for paint damage that was there when I moved in and for missing furniture that they never delivered to my apartment. I rented a furnished apartment, and those items never arrived in two years, even after multiple complaints. The pool is disgusting, and the hot tub hasn't been functional for years. The gym is extremely small, and they rented apartments to people without notifying them there will be construction under their windows for ...

Back gate doesn't work and was left open when notified the management, the responding by putting a lock on it for the last year and not repair it. Hallways are dirty .. they don't clean them. Definitely overpriced. All the pics of the apartments and complex online seem very nice and clean but in reality the whole complex and especially our apt is gross, dirty and has a weird nasty smell to it. Looks like nobody has cleaned our apartment in months. Kitchen is very small, laundry appliances suck, lights flicker when turning on. I wouldn’t live here unless you’re desperate, which unfortunately we were..

Dangerous complex. Cars being broken into because the gate doesn't close. Office/manager does nothing to fix and says its not their responsibility.

I moved in September 2017 and all seemed great! Staff was helpful, at first! However, they began to have a rat problem around the entire complex, the internet was always ‘being worked on,’ the cable never worked, my car got broken into and all the property manager could do is apologize because they only have ONE SECURITY CAMERA at the entrance of the entire property, car break-ins were always an issue but all they do is email us and tell us to lock our vehicles, it’s too expensive for what you’re ...
getting, the gates are ALWAYS broken which means that anyone could drive into the property, varies pet owners on the property NEVER pick up after their animals which leaves poop all over the property and the staff does nothing to fix that, and my neighbors were very loud and rude. Some of these issues could have been taken care of by the property and they weren’t. I made sure to talk to the complex about my concerns, but it seemed as if they constantly ignored the issues. I would have loved if I had a review this honest about the complex before I signed the lease. You’re better off living in a different complex, the neighborhood around it does not seem to help. The only pro was that it was close to the Texas Tech Campus.

This is by far my favorite apartment complex I have stayed in. The property is in a great location close to everything. The staff is very helpful and friendly, they make picking up packages enjoyable. I would definitely recommend!!

I lived at The Edge for 3 years, never have any major issue. Since the change of management staff in December 2015, the maintenance got loads better. It used to take weeks to get things fix, now it's within hours! The prices go up, pets are now allowed and the age restriction comes down. That brings you some inconsiderate spoiled rich college kids neighbor who party til early hours on weeknights. I had to wake up in the middle of the night and called 911 caused a drunk neighbor screaming for ...
help. Please bring the age restriction back. I do not mind pets, but drunk neighbors are pain in the butt.
