Great place to live!!
September 24, 2025I have lived here almost a year and it’s been great. The community is very friendly and welcoming. The leasing office was super responsive to the few issues I had and they were fixed properly the first time. The unit was brand new when I moved in and the quality is very good. Best Apt/townhome experience
July 9, 2025We lived here for 18 months. These are truly the best bang for your buck without feeling like you are living in a bargain apartment! Finishes are nice and everything is brand new. The landlord/leasing office is very responsive and flexed to our weird schedules to help us out when needed. Our neighbors were all great and overall the complex is quiet (with the exception of construction; working from home here may be noisy until construction is finished). Also the location is pretty great w/ a park ...and beach 1 mile ish away. This place is a hidden gem among all the many old, small rentals in New England.
