The leasing office was super responsive to the few issues I had and they were fixed properly the first time. The unit was brand new when I moved in and the quality is very good. Rent is reasonable, and the location is convenient to the beach and I-95.

Finishes are nice and everything is brand new. The landlord/leasing office is very responsive and flexed to our weird schedules to help us out when needed. Our neighbors were all great and overall the complex is quiet (with the exception of construction; working from home here may be noisy until construction is finished). Also the location is pretty great w/ a park ...and beach 1 mile ish away. This place is a hidden gem among all the many old, small rentals in New England. Only moved because we are relocating out of state.Read More
