Mold. Falling ceiling, bad management
January 6, 2024Ceiling falling in bathroom since 7/22 they still have not fixed, roaches, the apartments have drop ceiling planks in bathroom that has large gaps between them. They will try to stop you from seeing your apartment intil move in day, please check your apartment before signing lease and be careful of them showing you an apt. Thats not for you.my ceiling is still hanging from this past summer. Also air conditioner issues last summer many were broke and didn't get fixed. Mines did not it flooded my ...bathroom the whole summer and constantly went out. Had to buy many fans. The apts. Have not been remodeled only counter tops and lights changed everything else from the 70s. Management is extremely nasty especially if you ask them to fix something..front doors have large gaps heat goes out and cold air comes in causing high utilities bills The apt will send you a utility bill each month to pay with rent 80.00 plus your rent.There are much better apts around who don't charge extra or is truly remodeled.Property Manager Responded

DONT DO IT
June 8, 2021Horrible management, nasty, rude & violent neighbors. THEY WILL LET YOU MOVE INTO AN APARTMENT WHEN THEY KNOW ITS INFESTED WITH ROACHES. If this is your last option, by all means do what you have to do, but I would seriously seriously seriously think before giving them a dime of your hard earned money.Review from Apartments.com
Decent buildings but poor management.
October 25, 2016Lived here for about 6 months and, while the apartment was fairly nice, the management was anything but. Rarely did they respond to work orders and when they did it was only after going to them about it 2 or 3 times. There's also a mold issue that they're not willing to address AT ALL. I mentioned it when I first moved in and they said, "Oh, it's no big deal, just put a little bleach on it," and left it at that. Five months down the road, the (black) mold problem had only gotten worse. Again, ...went to management about it and, again, nothing was done. They also ask that you report any possible instances of bedbugs right away but the one time I did report it--and I'm almost 100% certain it was a bedbug--they never did anything about it. They didn't even have someone come to inspect the buildings. Left in a real big hurry after that; even had to throw out pretty much all of my furniture because of it.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
