The staff was always incredibly friendly, welcoming, and quick to help with anything I needed. From move-in to move-out, they made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The apartments are modern and spacious, and everything I was looking for. The common areas are great and always well maintained, the pool / outside terrace is amazing, and having a ...Target right downstairs was incredibly convenient. We moved into The Edwin 8 months ago, and have enjoyed all aspects of living here. The apartment units are modern and beautiful, love the views, and the common areas are also beautiful and very well kept (always super clean and neat). Secure, indoor parking as well as a Target downstairs are a plus. Very nice ammenities (gym, pool & lounge area). Excellent location, and a ...short drive to SLU. We feel very safe here. The property managers are welcoming, professional and always helpful. I have hardly ever had to submit a maintenance request... anytime I did , it was promptly taken care of by professional and friendly staff. 5 stars all around!
