June 4, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comMuch better area then years ago this apartment complex got so so much better maintenance actually knows what they are doing the office engages. My niece moved in and she loves her neighbors and can sit outside without worrying. I’m very happy with the changes made.

June 3, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comThe new management has made a huge difference! The property is much cleaner, safer, and overall a much better place to live. Remington is awesome and truly cares about the community. One of the biggest improvements is that the kids can play outside safely again, which means so much to families here. This place used to have a lot of issues, but over the last year it has improved tremendously. It’s great to see all the positive changes being made. Keep up the great work.

February 27, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comLived there for a year, the apartment complex went through 2 different leasing agencies which made things complicated when in came to giving the vacate notice, I moved out 3 months ago and they haven't sent the deposit back after reaching out multiple times, they never picked up the phone. Just called today to find out about our deposit and now the have a different leasing agency. Hopefully this new one stays, the apartments are not terrible if you can't afford anything else, but they need a lot ...of renovations and maintenance.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

October 27, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comI submitted 3 work orders over the course of my living here about a water leak that soaked my bedroom carpet that was never fixed. I could list several more problems similar to this. The real reason for the 1 star though is the management. They're only in the office when their higher-ups are visiting, extremely hard to get a hold of via email or phone, and tried to keep my security deposit. Now, after over 2 months and lot of lying, I got most of it back, but there were multiple false ...deductions. I'm now having to email their property management firm because the manager refuses to respond to me. I might even have to file for small claims court. Complete nightmare. February 19, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comI'm just glad living conditions are decent enough for the rent (unit is decently clean and up to date), because anything having to do with maintenance or management will take weeks. There's no ventilation of any kind in my bathroom (which I'm pretty sure is illegal), no overhead light in my bedroom, and I found out the hard way the front door handle lock does next to nothing. The door needs to be deadbolted 24/7 or else even strong wind can open it. What made me finally want to review was when I ...woke up this morning and my front door was wide open.
