    The best ever. The best for all aspects. Starting with the office you get to know what professionalism means, you meet welcoming, helpful, kind, and respectful staff. And you continue to receive the same throughout your residency in the elms at Arcola. All choices of apartments are available for reasonable price. Within 10 miles you get everything you need. I'm very happy indeed that I live here. Not to forget, residents here are very much respectful.

    This Apartment has excellent features, maintenance service responds quickly and is very good. Community has nice features like Park for kids and elevators, pool etc. it is near by shopping center in walkable distance. Everyone here is nice and friendly. Good place to live with family. It covers school district as well. We enjoy living here. Management is excellent.

    I have lived here since 2019. The apartments are well maintained. and very quiet. Maintenance staff are knowledgeable, respectful and very prompt. The outside areas (groundskeeping) are also well maintained. Leasing staff are helpful and customer oriented with any issues or general questions answered/solved promptly. They are very good at keeping the residents informed as well as organizing community events. I am especially grateful to the lady who does housekeeping for the enclosed elevator ...

    We recently moved into the Elms and are very happy here. Buddy was wonderful to work with. He was very responsive, helpful, and super nice. The property is well maintained and cared for. The leasing staff engages with residents and plans fun events. We are glad we found the Elms of Arcola!

  • Wonderful property

    The Service team here is friendly and efficient in their work, always get it done. And the leasing team in the office is outstanding, whatever I need help with anything I know %110 they are able to help me. The grounds is clean, and overall great property!
