Everyone in my building is beyond friendly and has definitely gone out of their way to have a conversation with me or just a quick “Hello, how are you!”. The management is incredible. They are straight to the point and do not beat around the bush when you have questions. I love how direct they are with me. The maintenance team is also speedy quick. The first week I moved in my doorbell went out and I contracted the office ...(expecting it to be fixed within 24-48 hours as that is the norm) and they were there within the HOUR to fix it. I was shocked. I will be signing another year here when the time comes.
