Great location, poor management and upkeep
July 1, 2025If you want access to the most diverse transportation in America, the Emery is perfect. Hop on a sky tram, train, get a Pedicab, or rent a bike. We used to love living here, but things have really tanked since the new management Norris and Stevens came on. We’ve had numerous trash and cardboard pile ups, inconsistent office hours, and the after hours number doesn’t connect you to emergency maintenance. The elevators have been out of service several times from regular maintenance which is fine, ...but several shorter periods where it gets stuck on a floor and you can’t get the door to shut . Management denies this happens. The water doesn’t work right in the lounge and the persistent trash smell in the halls has led to numerous people we’ve spoken to moving out.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
